Use an Infrared back burner to cook something hot and fast to brown the surface and to seal in the juices. Sear Burning Briquettes and Warming Racks are dishwasher safe. If you’re having a family gathering or a cookout day or night, this is able to be the perfect BBQ Grill for your outdoor kitchen.
